Women Entrepreneurs Conference

The Women’s Venture Summit is a premier event dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs and closing the funding gap for women-led businesses. Each year, the summit brings together founders, investors, and industry leaders, creating an inspiring space focused on education, empowerment, and access to capital.

In my role, I managed key logistics for the annual summit, leading the onboarding process for 35+ speakers and ensuring each presenter was fully supported—from contracts and travel coordination to day-of execution. I also elevated the attendee experience by supporting registration operations and providing a smooth, welcoming check-in for more than 250 participants. To further reinforce the organization’s mission, I curated thoughtful, values-aligned gift bags sourced from local and women-owned businesses.

Beyond the in-person summit, I supported the Virtual Fast Pitch events, helping build a dynamic online platform where female founders could confidently pitch their ventures to investors and expand their access to funding opportunities.

Together, the Women’s Venture Summit and Virtual Fast Pitch programs serve as powerful catalysts for change—fostering community, amplifying women’s voices in entrepreneurship, and driving meaningful progress toward closing the funding gap. 🚀💡💼
